Bio

Jennifer Freeland is a watercolor artist and educator. She has a wonderful family with her husband who serves in the military and two fun-loving children. Jennifer has a BA in Biology and a BA in Secondary Education from Boston College. She has a Masters in Education from The College of New Jersey. Jennifer loves teaching high school students and has taught biological science across four states.

 

While raising her young family, Jennifer shifted her focus towards her lifelong hobby of art. She creates highly detailed watercolor prints and commissions that she sells both online and at local farmers' markets. She is active in the arts community, exhibiting her work regionally.

 

Recently, Jennifer has stepped into the world of picture books. She combines her skills in illustration and military lifestyle experience to connect, encourage, and empower the children of service members.
